Hiring: Chief Programme Officer (closed)
We are seeking to appoint a Chief Programme Officer (CPO) who will be responsible for managing an exceptional global team of professionals across 5 countries.
As part of the Management Team, the CPO will report to the CEO and is a key voice in shaping strategic decisions at the Foundation. S(he) will be joining as we launch a strategic planning process to define our 2023+ focus and will play a central role in this process.
Our ideal candidate is a service oriented leader who is committed to our mission and excels and enjoys managing, motivating and challenging passionate teams. Prospective applicants should ideally have experience in at least one thematic topics prominent in our work (children and families, democracy, pluralism, philanthropy).
