Michael Feigelson participates in panel discussion at Davos

BvLF’s Executive Director, Michael Feigelson, will participate in a panel discussion at the World Economic Forum in Davos on January 17th, on the topic “Human Development Is Economic Development: A discussion on the economic and societal importance of investments in early childhood programs and skill development”.

The panel also features James J. Heckman, 2000 Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences Winner and Henry Schultz Distinguished Service Professor in Economics, University of Chicago; Nicholas Kristof, New York Times Op-Ed Columnist, New York Times Best-Selling Author, and Two-Time Pulitzer Prize Winner; and Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Chair, Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, and Former Finance Minister of Nigeria.

The event will be hosted by Robert J. Zimmer, President, University of Chicago, and David M. Rubenstein, Trustee, University of Chicago, Co-Founder and Co-CEO, The Carlyle Group.
