New Publication: “Between the Drops” Design Guide
As part of Israel’s Ministry of Health broader initiative to develop “Tipat Halav” / “Well-Baby Clinics” (family health centres) and their surroundings, the Bernard van Leer Foundation partnered with the Bezalel Arts Academy and Ministry of Health to provide a unique opportunity to rethink their design through the “Between the Drops” Design Challenge. Young architects and designers were invited to participate in this design competition and offer their vision for future well-baby clinics in the Israeli landscape.
Through this successful project, a set of design principles have been distilled into a guide that can inform and inspire further urban transformation that supports the wellbeing and development of young children and their caregivers.
